| By submitting the reservation form you will get an answer from our stuff that we get your reservation. In one workday you will get the confirmation of your successful reservation.

| How can I cancel my reservation? |
| All cancellation must be made by e-mail referred to your reservation reference number which is on your confirmation.

| Cancellation policy: |
- Cancellation of a reservation for individuals should be given at least 24 hours before. Failure to do so will lead to the fee for 1 nights stay being charged to your credit card by the hotel.
- Cancellation of a reservation for groups should be given at least 30 day before. Failure to do so will lead to the fee for 1 nights stay being charged to your credit card by the hotel.

| Is there a hotel shuttle service to/from the airport? |
- Yes, we can pick you up from the airport at any terminal in Budapest.
- Our driver will be waiting for you at the arrival holding a board with your name on it.
- To avoid surprises it is recommended to arrange transfers, to and from the Hotel prior to arrival. On the main page you will find information about this service.

| Why do you have to give your credit card details? |
| Most Budapest hotels accept reservations only with credit card guarantee. Your credit card will not be charge. It is strictly used only for guarantee your reservation. It will be charged only in case of no show as written in cancellation policy.

| When exactly is my credit card debited? |
| Your credit card will be debited on your check out day. In case if you do not show up at the hotel without canceling your reservation your credit card will be also debited as you can read in our terms and conditions.
